|Antwort:Most items are sent in bubble envelopes or in boxes. Please note that some items, such as kettles, come in their own boxes with full colour pictures on the boxes. |Antwort:Payment should be made by 1.00pm to ensure same day dispatch otherwise the order may be dispatched the next working day. |Antwort:No, we do not supply knives.
It is against eBay UK policy for a UK seller to supply knives in any form (other than cutlery).
In the case of Survival Tins etc, the small knife that is usually supplied with these tins is removed, otherwise these items are New and Unused.|

|Antwort:Exceptions to the return policy are perishable goods (or others marked as non-returnable) such as (but not limited to) jerky products, dehydrated foodstuffs and energy bars. For Hygiene reasons, returns for these items are not accepted. Any item that is listed as damaged and / or auctioned will also not be accepted for returns.|
